Annual membership registration is mandatory for all members of IAPM kerala chapter and also for presenting cases, papers & posters in chapter meet.

Please fill google form with online transaction details & submit before Feb 1st.

Annual membership fee- 

Post graduates – Rs 250

Post PG/Consultants – Rs 500
